Where you've find too much experiments?! Normal ammount of experiments I say.
Then, stop speculations, counting intros! Metal is Metal and Metal is songs, not intros. And. Metal is Manowar! If u don't understand intros or smth else - u don't understand Metal at all! This is a Criterium!
Then, about Wagner, Metallica, Scorpions & other Glam-Rock (IMG:http://metalarea.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/1488.gif) . Manowar is an Art Which Dont Need To Proove Anything To Anybody!!!!!!!!!!!! Let Wagner, Bethoven, Debussi, Metallica, Guns'n'Roses, Scorpions, Bon Jovi & others proove smth... Manowar dont need to. Ну вполне объективно Шайтан. Конечно Рэп-кор мановар не сыграют...это не тот вариант.

А полёт шмеля однако нарезали, так что с симфоническим оркестром запросто рубанут...как и нелюбимая тобой металлика.

Было б желание. Ты и обоснуешь. А в дальнейшем споре не вижу смысла - альбом-то клёвый.

Сильно сомневаюсь, что кому-то интересно моё мнение об этом альбоме. Тем не менее вот оно.

При прослушавании этого 74-минутного опуса меня переполняло множество совершенно противоречивых чувств и мыслей, поэтому комментировать релиз мне показалось делом достаточно сложным, но с другой стороны это легко, ежели сделать это попесенно:

01. Overture To The Hymn Of The Immortal Warriors (06:19)
- обычное интро, которое впрочем стоило укоротить раз в 10,

02. The Ascension (02:30)
- патетическое вступление, где на сцене появляется герой (Кинг Кингыч),

03. King Of Kings (04:17)
- реально хорошая песня в духе боевиков Мановара 80-х годов,

04. Army Of The Dead, Part 1 (01:58)
- в этой коротенькой сказочке впервые упоминается о Валхалле

05. Sleipnir (05:13)
- а в этой сказке на сцену выходит наследник богов Локи и Одина и показывает путь на Валхаллу

06. Loki God Of Fire (03:49)
- еще одна неплохая скоростная композиция о Локи - Боге Огня,

07. Blood Brothers (04:54)
- так себе медляк, ни о чем,

08. Overture To Odin (03:41)
- патетический инструментал (укоротить бы раза в 3-4), лучше б еще разок Гайану забацыли,

09. The Blood Of Odin (03:57)
- сказка-страшилка Одина (Бармалей, Саурон и Дарт Вэйдер боятся под столом) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/fear.gif) ,

10. Sons Of Odin (06:23)
- наконец-то, нормальный песняк, сказки задолбали,

11. Glory Majesty Unity (04:41)
- очередной прогон, заканчивающийся пионерской клятвой воителей, настолько вялой, что неспособна поднять боевой дух даже американских войск в Ираке,

12. Gods Of War (07:25)
- не может быть! свершилось! ура, дождались! апогей всего на свете.. одна из лучших тем альбома,

13. Army Of The Dead, Part 2 (02:20)
- что-то типа отходного гимна,

14. Odin (05:26)
- слова сказок слушать я уже задолбался, но Один явно доволен исходом,

15. Hymn Of The Immortal Warriors (05:29)
- достойный медлячок с пафосной концовкой как полагается, ведь это последняя вещь, если конечно не считать бонуса,

16. Die For Metal (Bonus Track) (05:16)
- простенькая такая песенка о группе Мановар, которая стоит за тру метал и, если надо, умрет за него... или для него? Они так и поют We Will Die For Metal! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dwarf-1.gif) Типа мы умрём для метала (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) Я так понимаю, это наш ответ чемберленам Nanowar, etc..

Total: 73:38.

Да здравствуют дочитавшие досюда! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/winkk.gif)
Выводы делайте сами. Я лишь скажу, что эта концептуальная сага о викингах заставляет так работать воображение, что любой фильм соответствующей тематики не вкатит потом. Да и инглиш комприхижн можно потренировать однако.

Да как-то больше боязно за сам коллектив. Коламбус ушёл, и до сих пор никакого объявления по этому поводу нет. Новый альбом был анонсирован, и никаких деталей.
