Оно, может, не столь разнообразно по запильно-распильной части как тот же Hieronymus Bosch, что компенсируется наиотменнейшим риффингом (мясо не целлюлитно!), но в то же время вбирает в себя "мягкую" грувистость белорусских Thelema (можно, наверное, сказать пластичность) и что-то едва уловимое по части гитар от ранних Arch Enemy (или не их, но след теряется где-то в "Швеции").
И не сухо! Кислотно-щелочной и водяно-гранитный балансы приближаются к нейтральным значениям. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif)

вот и в подобной стилистике у нас стали проскакивать лучи света в темном царстве
а то кроме Иеронимуса, нашего Босха и вспомнить нечего было еще до недавнего времени. да и вообще с чем-то нестандартно-техничным в любой стилистике было туго довольно.

ну да это лирика все. не сказать, что альбом мне понравился, но он интересный. и качественный.
заслуживает внимания, так сказать. и своего слушателя найдет (в т.ч. и на Западе)

Дизайнеры Дефектов подобрали ошеломительно точную форму для своей музыки. Не агрессивную, но по-домашнему уютную, я бы сказал.
Превосходный гитарный звук (IMG:style_emoticons/default/spitggis0.gif) , уверенно-четкая ритм-секция, отличный гроулинг, правильно найденный не слишком высокий темп, периодически проскакивающие доп. "спецэффекты" - всё это идеально сбалансированно, клёво технично сыграно, качественно саранжировано. Ей богу, поставил бы все 10/10, если бы все композиции были столь шикарны, как некоторые... А так шедевром не назову, но альбомом года (одним из) - пожалуй.
