It appears that ANACHRONAEON, their later band, used to claim the site as their home page (www.anachronaeon.com), but lost access to a Japanese black garlic seller, possibly after not paying the domain registration fee... ( ).
The site is still listed as ANACHRONAEON's home page (https://www.facebook.com/Anachronaeon/about/?ref=page_internal), but that band has split up, probably leaving no one to take care of all the sites.

At the very least, all of ANACHRONAEON's full-length releases are downloadable free on 'Name Your Price' basis, unlike EYECULT's 2009 release:
