Exhaustingly tedious,whole seems to be recorded by force, under duress.
Lack of ideas for music does not bother recording albums
it's a kind of musical illiteracy
but how to explain that there are publishers of such things??

Theres really a lack of just craftmanship with this band. Other than raw and noisy theres nothing that really is "good" in the sense of "good black metal". Like actual good melodies or song structures. The Band is such a mystery to me.

Для меня альбомы Black Funeral это та самая золотая середина в жанре. И все же раннее творчество это уже классика, не всем понятная (из за откровенного примитивизма в исполнении и идеей которая зачастую главенствовала над музыкальной составляющей и качеством), но безусловно представляющая интерес как веха музыкальной истории. Крайние же альбомы стали менее сырыми по саунду и более глубокими, оккультными по содержанию. Здесь тому яркий пример. Scourge Of Lamashtu исполнен в том же ключе что и его предшественник. И Форд, и Азгор всегда делали ставку на мрачную атмосферность и общий меланхоличный настрой. Здесь они также верны себе и результат получился соответствующим. Излишне разбирать эту работу углубленно и писать более развернутую рецензию. Это хороший альбом который придется по нраву как фанатам Black Funeral, так и фанатам Drowning The Light.

This band just has a cult status. First demos and first two albums deserve it, but can't say that I listen to Black Funeral very often... Then noise stuff was very mediocre and uninteresting.
Nothing new or exciting here, but it's good Black Metal. This album and previous one are at least closer to their classics. Since Azgorh has joined Black Funeral this band sounds very similar to Drowning The Light though.

Какой-то беспонтовый Black Funeral. С претензией на мелодичность и местами откровенно веселый...
Звук ватный, дебютник и то качественней записан...
Scourge of Lamashtu (She who Strangles the Lamb) - единственный трек который более-менее понравился...
В закрывашке основная мелодия просто верх идиотизма (IMG:style_emoticons/default/normal_Homerdisgust3s.png)
Короче очень странный альбом...
