"Unholy Horde Records have released a truly fear-inducing split MCD. At first IMPIETY from Singapore thrash out like maniacs. "The Seventh Goatspawn", so the title of the opener, comes off the 92 demo and is over as fast as an orgasm. But with "Imperative Coronation" the trio around the only remaining founding member Shyaithan shows its full abilities. Quirky, perverted Death Metal with hellish blast beats is the program. Old MORBID ANGEL on "Altars Of Madness" fuck with SADISTIC INTENT, or something like that. Then we get an incredible DESTRUCTION worship with "Invincible Force". Only the stupid "Blessed Are The Borachos" outro, which apparently had been penned by former RAVAGER front monster Antimo, is a fall out.

On with SURRENDER OF DIVINITY from Thailand; also a trio. Now I am not the biggest supporter of the frostbitten blasting of Norwegian yetis, but what these three almond eyes unleash here is pretty wow. Holy smokes, what a hellish trop. And for a band that most probably never has even seen snow, they pack a quite intense Norwegian punch. The two own compositions and the BATHORY cover "Hades" easily can keep up the spirit of IMPIETY's best epos "Skullfucking Armageddon"."
