Интересное наблюдение.
Собирателей и просто любопытствующих было на редкость много:
только с Рапиды скачиваний 255 (IMG:http://metalarea.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/17.gif) и это буквально за пару дней!
До этого рекорд держал Verloren (68 загрузок), причём залит был относительно давно.

Говоря про музыку новозеландцев Creeping, нужно выделить несколько аспектов. Пойдём от состава: М.Павлович (бас, вокал) параллельно с данным проектом также играет стоунер/дум в The House of Capricorn и дэт/грайнд в Asphyxiate; С.Бломфилд (гитара) тоже стоунерит/думит в том же The House of Capricorn; Д.Уоллес (драммер) с воодушевлением терзает ударную установку в составе Ulcerate (брутал/дэт) и Abystic Ritual (блэк/дэт). Поэтому неудивительно, что в рамках данного проекта аккумулируется, в той или иной степени, жанровая принадлежность названных команд. Другой момент - возьмём, к примеру, заглавную вещь альбома - Funeral Crawl: трад-дум смешивается с блэком, но не то, чтобы смешивается, а эти стилистические отрезки чередуются между собой - сначала был большой традовый кусок, а затем пошло тремоло, и т.д. Итак, одну связь блэка, который здесь всё-таки главенствует, мы установили - это трад-дум. А вот и другая связь: в первой половине Dirge явственно проглядывает стоунер (второй друг), и его тоже сменяет блэк, а в самом конце ещё и присовокупляется мрачный думец. То есть, блэк - в приоритете, на втором месте - дум, и третья доля - у стоунера. Но сам блэк здесь тоже не слишком-то стандартный - иногда он чуть замедленный, иногда не слишком бласт-битовый, а нередко ещё и сопровождаем жалобным скримингом из депрессив-блэка. Группа, конечно, интересная - прежде всего, именно этим неочевидным стилистическим смешением. Но лично я не переоценивал бы и не превозносил Creeping - команда хорошая, но не выдающаяся. Кстати, лично для меня было ценно отметить ещё и такой нюанс: некоторые рифы (например, в The Abyss...The Swamp) напомнили мне одних из моих любимцев в блэке - Sear Bliss. 8/10
P.S. Какая-то нелепая запись: "Black Metal with Groove Elements" - не понял, при чём тут, вообще, "грув"?!

Ну, есть люди, для которых "вот где-то там" сществуют Groove, Stoner, Suthern, Sludge, а где меж ними разница - не знают. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/11.gif)
В общем грув надо на стонер (хотя бы!) сменить - я так понял?
