Если потеоретизировать - некоторые группы свои альбомы в lossless выкладывают (Monolithe).
А многие релизы в том же DSBM печатаются кайне ограниченным тиражом, попробуй их найди.
И что делать, если на сайте лейбла висят объявы типа: "Релиз распродан, допечаток не будет" (Solitude prod.)? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/6.gif)

А если попросту - выложи lossless, если убеждения позволяют.
