Formed in 1993, first as 'Shamaani Duo' and later as Shaman (Fin), the name was changed to Korpiklaani in 2003 to reflect the band's change in direction and English lyrics (and according to Jonne Järvelä also to avoid confusion with Shaman (Bra). "Korpiklaani" is Finnish for "Clan of the Wilderness".
Juha Jyrkäs (previously credited as Virva Holtiton) of Poropetra provides many of Korpiklaani's lyrics, and has made guest appearances playing kantele and contributing yoik vocals. Jonne Järvelä did guest vocals on Dalriada's "Ígéret" album.

Очень интересно оформленный альбом. На лимитед идишн дигипаке второй, бонусный cd. В оригинале песни на финнском, в бонусе- теже самые на англиском. Немножко прослушал- фантастика в стиле фолк металл... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/spitggis0.gif)

Лучшие — первые три. Третий же, наверное, и самый тяжёлый, но вообще к группе термин "тяжесть" едва ли серьёзно применим.
