Extended info
Sedna is a project born in 2009 from an idea by Taio and Elyza. The completion of the current line up was reached with the entry of Cast (Till Die, White Noise) in the first half of 2010 and Nil (Hyperborean) in October of the same year.

The listener can find references from bands like Altar of Plagues or Earth. However, we and our own personalities are the main source of inspiration. As a result, the sound is particularly personal: our purpose is to make a sound that can be distinguished from any other band on the planet.

The band tries to create a sphere of deep hope with large atmospheric doom/sludge parts, mixed with deep black phrasing of extreme rage and introspective hate against us in first place...against everyone at last.

In September 2011 the band signed for GOTR Booking & Promotion, and
In October of the same year Sedna will release their first (homemade) demo, called "O".

Сладжа нету. Есть интересные атмосферные проигрыши. А так - очень приятная группа, которая удачно стартанула своим демо. Успеха им.

Понятия не имею что за стиль у этой банды (и честно говоря не парюсь над этим), но музыка хороша. Особенно если учесть что это демо и записывалось в домашних условиях. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headcrab.png) Своеобразная дорожка к самоуничтожению. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/metaler.gif) Вокал здесь особенно понравился. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/20.gif)

Разумеется, говорить как о сладже тут не приходится - просто есть инструментальные вставки. Глупо из за них считать сабж сладжевым блэком.(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)
А вот блэк на самом деле крайне интересный. Очень плотный и мелодичный в смысле импортал 95, а не резни 93. в принципе и назвать музыку мелодик блэком вряд ли возможно - уж слишком плотно и массивно играют. будь игра потехничнее и поабстрактнее, то мы имели бы прекрасный экспериментал блэк в стиле Jute Gyte.

Да пост-блэк это, только именно такой, какой должен быть, а не как тот шлак, которым является 90% того, что называют пост-блэком.
Я сказал.

ПС: Музыка мощна, интересна, на достаточно высоком уровне сыграна и записана. Вкрапления вокальной дэтовости не нравится, но всё остальное на 5.
