Лёх, я уже писал, что у меня всё отлично открывается, загружается и скачивается (даже окна не открываются дополнительные - сразу начинается скачивание)! Думаю, что не только у меня... Скорее всего, у тебя провайдер чудит (мой тоже некоторые ресурсы отказывается открывать напрочь, только VPN помогает).
