Отменнейший альбом, обладающей такой же обволакивающей и приятной атмосферой. Дуэты великолепны, мелодии - отичны, нет замедлений и растяжек, характерных для предыдущего альбома, что радует. В общем, отменный релиз. Как видно и без Воланда можно творить чудеса (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)

Определенная одервенелость в нем есть, да. Но это не статуевитая "очленение", как пишет Фо. А вполне такая интересная заторможенность, внемирность, дающая новую перспективу погружения. Как сказочное озеро, населенное неведомыми сказочными персонажами.

Неудивительно, что группе удался этот альбом. Относительно гитарных партий, лучшие идеи, принятые на Ashes, получили развитие на просторах Illumination от и до. Но в отличие от обскурного, в чём-то разнообразного Ashes, по настроению он воспринимается, как одна трогательная готическая нотка. Самые очаровательные здесь Down и Lotus. Воскресший из пепла последний вздох. Последние обязательства.
