Очень крутой альбом, нет - это АЛЬБОМ! Очень цепляющий материал, без проходняка, со своей какой то особой мелодикой, не похожей ни на что в то время. Слушаю и хочется еще и еще. Все-таки приятно иногда знакомится с такими шедеврами минувших лет и открывать для себя что-то новое. Лучший диск этих бельгийцев.

Благодаря вокалу, навеяло какую-то отдаленную ассоциацию с классическим Morbid Angel (IMG:style_emoticons/default/25.gif) А по музыкальному наполнению, давно для себя определился: если бы Obituary играли блэк, это был бы сабж (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dooo.gif) Здесь в отличии от последующих работ, подача материала всё-таки тяготеет к гетеборгскому медодэту самого начала 90-х. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif)
А так конечно атмосфера в альбоме выдержана колоссальная. На одном дыхании, все 43 минуты не отпускают ужасающие повествования о житухе средневековой Европы, приправленные резким риффом стаффом, цепляющими за самое живое гитарными мелодиями и просто камерным оркестровым сопровождением.
