После нажатия на "Скачать" должны открываться 2 новые страницы: на одной "Главная" ("кроме как загрузить свой файл ничего нельзя") стр. хоста, на другой - отсчет времени ожидания получения ссылки на файл... возможно твой браузер блокирует вторую страницу?..
