После двухлетнего существования и кормления слушателей миньонами шведы Blues Pills наконец таки решились на издание одноименного полноформата.
Собственно с доброй половиной треков особо заядлые поклонники команды уже знакомы по прошлым EP, но все же есть и свежие номера, что не может не радовать. Для меня сей коллектив тоже можно причислить к открытиям, ибо до этого года я их не имел чести слышать и очень рад факту того, что не пропустил их в этот раз. Играют эти ребята из Örebro отменнейший рок, с влиянием стонера и психоделии 60-70-х годов 20-го века, ко всему этому стоит отметить сильные вкрапления блюза, хотя их не всегда разглядишь за всем остальным. Ну и отдельным пунктом обозначил бы очаровательный вокал Elin Larsson, в самых лучших традициях жанра, очень гармонично завершающий всю красочную палитру художеств, вытворяемых этим замечательным квартетом.
В общем мимо проходить категорически не рекомендую, потеряете много, даже слишком. Хотя касается это конечно же поклонников подобной музыки. Меня впечатлило на 5/5, отлично штырит. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif)

Отлично, например. Очень напомнило шведскую же банду Graveyard, только вместо крутого мужского вокала - крутой женский. Уровень хитовости примерно сопоставимый.

Внезапно получил острый рвотный рефлекс от альбома. Слишком уж веет семейными сериалами вроде брекин бед, калифорникейшн и сопранос. Ничего не имею против сериалов и люблю блюз в ограниченных количествах, но почему то ждал чего то менее эстрадного и попсового. Да и психоделики особой обнаружено не было.

У меня осредненное отношение к альбому - понравился, слушаю, но шедевром назвать не могу. Хитово, вокал хорош, и под настроение очень даже отлично иногда идет. Как качественная водка с хорошей закуской в хорошей компании, но не марочное вино, или коньяк, чтобы смаковать вечером, глядя на закат (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)

Да замечательнейший же релиз, что вы. Все именно так, как и надо. Да, это не гаражище в стиле Satan`s Satyrs каких-нибудь, но и целей здесь подобных не стоит. Всё мне очень понравилось - психоделично, атмосферно, грамотно, с душой и огромной любовью к своему делу. Рекомендую!
