Возможно, человек подошёл слишком рьяно к выполнению правил.

На самом деле нет необходимости паролить архив, ибо пароли на архивы - это из далёких годков середины нулевых.

В настоящее время это лишнее, ненужное.

Да и при заливе в модерку пароли ставить НЕ обязательно. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye.gif)
