Dissection is a timeless classic. Many bands are inspired by them, but only a few can reach the same level. It's a very good album though. Certainly not the same level of greatness as Dissection, but they are on a good way. Anyway it's another very interesting band from Finland and Terratur Possessions. Maybe one of the best in 2020? Let's time verify it.

Динамики ноль, переживания ноль, вокалист не старается, поет без эмоции, ему так муторно... Это корова, жующая сено и смотрящая на тебя пустыми глазами.

Состав очень интересный и безусловно профессиональный. По музыкальному материалу это интересная комбинация тех наработок которые были характерны для Dissection и ранних Watain. По первому впечатлению качественно, небезынтересно, но это как бы финские кузнецы Чёрного Метала решили что могут как шведы в мелодичный и хуковый Блэко/Дез. Это действительно спорная работа.

Эрзац на основе поздних Behexen в замедленной версии. Намёки на Dissection я заметил только в соляках, ужасно однообразных, кстати.
Есть пара неплохих мест, но в целом - тоска несусветная. Искры нет.

It's better to say that Finnish Black Metal meets some Swedish BM here. Only a few tracks are similar to Dissection, not the whole album. Bands from Terratur Possessions have their own style which they call ''Nidrosian Black Metal''. Not not all of their bands come from Trondheim, but their sound is still very similar to each other. In 2019 Polish Black Metal band Deus Mortem released the second album through Terratur Possessions and it was in Dissection style as well. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye.gif)

As I said Terratur Possessions have it's own style. Some may like it, some not. Interesting label with many good bands, but not every release is great.

Exactly. When I said Swedish BM I meant Dissection. But it wasn't the only Melodic Black Metal band from Sweden. There are a lot of them, for example Sacramentum, Algaion, Vinterland. Yes, there is an Occult vibe here, but I can't compare Bythos to Watain. Not all Occult bands sound like this Swedish band. While a lot of Occult bands from W.T.C. sound similar to Watain, those from Terratur not.

Точно не проходной альбом со своей атмосферой, но вот вокал, имхо, совершенно диссонирует с музыкой. Единственный трек, где музыка с вокалом более-менее гармонично сочетаются, это готик-думовая Omega Dragon.

Tribulation довели до максимальной температуры кипения весь этот околошведский блэковый саунд начатый Диссекшеном.Сейчас надо очень поднапрячься чтобы записать что-то годное.альбом на крепкую тройку с плюсом.

Bythos has nothing to do with Tribulation and Tribulation has nothing to do with Dissection. They are different kind of Metal.
