в 87 взял пластинку и охренел помню от действительно злой,яростной и честной музыки группы.Хотя там и запись была не очень качественная но пацаны брали за кишки своей искренностью..
Здесь конечно другое,-более размеренное и спокойное варево.
Но интересно слушать что старперы намутили всё равно! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye.gif)

Yeah and for instance recent Exhorder followed that midtempo way. All in all, the best examples of that kinda music are left in the 90s. Now we have nothing more than just a bleak copies that musicians make in order to please themselves. It`s their right, like this Messiah effort.

well, not that bad... tries to mirror what the guys achieved in the early-90's, on "Choir of Horrors" and "Rotten Perish", a progressive thrash/death mixture. It's more complex and more atmospheric than the earlier efforts, but misses out on the fast-paced parts; becomes a bit monotonous at times.

По первым впечатлениям, на вскидку, очень не плохо.
Сингл же напротив не зашёл, а вот альбом очень не кисло идёт.
Буду вникать, тем боле что старые их очень нравятся, Abramelin и Weather до сих пор плотно владеют мной.

Забавно, мне "Extreme cold weather" всегда казался очень мелодичным, неистовым, но не дэтовым. Скорее трэш/блэк и по структуре, и по атмосфере. Их коллеги по цеху Morbid на My "Dark Subconscious" (86 год!)

Релиз не то чтобы усталый, но среднетемповый и основательный. Есть некая аскетичность в звуке и подходе. Если слушать "наискосок" или "протыкать" в режиме 30 сек. на песню, то ничего не поймёшь, а при полном прослушивании релиз потихоньку затягивает.

Этот альбом как разбавленное пиво - ни вкуса, ни послевкусия, только легкий привкус дрожжевого олдскула на небе. Крайне унылая стилизация. Opprobrium значительно вкуснее и лучше попадают в стилистику.
