Is it about music or musicians?
Musically I don't see many similarities,Necro is more interesting.

DF do not have such gems as The Third Of Arrivals,Into Armageddon,
Revelation 666,Blinded By Light Enlightened By Darkness
I Strike With Wrath,Splendour Nigri Solis,Bloodshed Eyes.

Многоуважаемые мною Necrophobic на своем альбоме Dawn Of The Damned идут той же творческой дорогой что и другие многоуважаемые мною товарищи Destroyer 666 на своем альбоме Wildfire и том же минике Call Of The Wild. Они начали играть экстримальную, слегка приблэкованную версию Motörhead. Сейчас многие используют термины blackened heavy, blackened thrash, black/speed Metal чтобы охарактеризовать свою музыку. Вот и шведы с новым материалом прекрасно вписываются под эти определения. Качество альбома на высоте, все дорого, вычурно профессионально. Звук как жанровый эталон радует аппаратуру и уши слушателя. Пол альбома здесь это сплошные хиты. Думаю как только фестивали и прочие опен эйры отойдут от ковидного локдауна, так Necrophobic зажжёт танцпол песнями с нового альбома. Фанаты раннего творчества точно будут этой работой разочарованны. Те кто боготворят группу за The Nocturnal Silence и особенно Darkside будут отплевываться от этого альбома больше чем от Mark Of The Necrogram. Остальным кто любит банду за качёвый, угарный и в меру злобный Метал здесь есть что послушать и чему порадоваться. Мне альбом понравился, это не топ года. Но в вишлист на дискогсе он точно проходит.

Mark Of The Necrogram,Dawn of the Damned,Womb Of Lilithu
they indeed are musically weakest links in Necro's discography
but considering each of them separately they are professional albums.

I don't know if they will ever jump higher than Hrimthursum
regarding catchy riffs but,who know...

Of course not musicially. In this case DF would be better. Maybe I will change my view one day, but for me first two albums of DF are better than the whole Necrophobic. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/1488.gif)

Альбом понравился. Пацаны не эксперементируют, а идут своей проторенной дорогой. Лучший у них, для меня, Hrimthursum и выше него здесь они не прыгнули, но планку держат на уровне. Слушать такую музыку приятно (IMG:style_emoticons/default/20.gif)

Гоняю альбом все три недели, как он вышел. Наверное, раз 15 прогнал его за время, может и больше.
Совершенно точно превзошли Mark of the Necrogram, поддали и скоростей, и атмосферки. Прекрасный и нужный релиз, который с каждый новым заходом нравится все больше.

Послушал несколько раз, в принципе и правда неплохой альбомчик, в меру агрессивный в меру мелодичный, вокал нравится, но так ничего и не запомнилось из него, пара гитарных мест и все, пустая музыка.
