Эт действительно так. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif) Никогда и представить себе не мог, что адовые товарищи будут рубать насток близко по польским лекалам, но здесь вайбы Адама просто витают.

Это не плохо, но ток в качестве эксперимента, их традиционная мелодика ближе.

Polish type of melodies are heard here in any song. Taking into consideration their style (WAR subgenre of raw and chaotic black / death) it`s kinda weird.

Gave a try to couple of their previous attempts and they sound more solid, raw, brutal and less copycat, let`s put it that way.

Не являюсь особенно большим поклонником поджанра Козло - Блек/Дэт/Вар Метал, но из сонма тех банд что творят данный музыкальный экстремизм Goatpenis одни из самых уважаемых. Decapitation Philosophy немного удивил, вроде здесь узнаваемый почерк бразильцев, но чувствуется что банда решила двинуться чуть дальше исхоженных вдоль и поперек жанровых клише, которые во много сама и задала/создала. Первое впечатление более чем положительное

I can hear especially ''Demigod'' here, but Goatpenis sounds more brutal, noisy and grinding. Like it or not, but Blasphemy has also influenced Behemoth and it's an obvious inspiration for Goatpenis.

It's an excellent album. One of the highlights this year.

Goatpenis любопытен двумя вещами. Во-первых, нетипичным для козлиного блэка мелодизмом, во-вторых, какой-то специфичной неряшливостью записи, из-за чего группа, которой уже 30 лет, продолжает звучать несколько васянски.

Альбом не слишком интересен. Материал плюс-минус такой же, как и на остальных, звук такой же васянский. Самым толковой работой у них мне кажется Depleted Ammunition, и я скорее его прогоню лишний раз чем этот.

И если уж выяснять чей дух тут витает, то это не Бегемот, а Найл, ну или оба, потому что Бегемот как раз у Найла когда-то подрезал манеру писать такие мотивчики, если мне память не отшибло.

First Behemoth that have copied Norway bands or the one that have copied Morbid Angel and the likes? I don't think it's the last Behemoth with their diarrhea metal though...
This band cannot be taken seriously as a reference, except by LGBT activists.

It seems that people who compare every Black/Death Metal band to Behemoth think that Nergal & Co. are originators of this style, while obviously they aren't...

Кроме суровой документальной фотографии тел из Освенцима для обложке ... нет в этом творчестве ничего сурового и хоть сколько нибудь устрашающего.
В Бразилии, где много диких обезьян типа участников Goatpenis, такие явления не осуждаются в той мере, в которой осуждаются в странах Европы, поэтому чувачки создают продукт на экспорт, тем самым повышая спрос на свою музыку через океан. В общем-то, жизнь в Латинской Америке и Бразилии в частности далеко не сахар, но почему они не эксплуатируют тему картельных воин и казней, например, где тоже могут легко отрезать голову или сжечь живьем, не очень ясно. Вполне себе философия обезглавливания, хотя и не столь успешная и шокирующая для конечного потребителя.

Звук, как было подмечено, абсолютно ватный, сонграйтинг никакущий, а общее впечатление от альбома иначе как унынием не назвать. Такое явление как Goatpenis существует пусть и с перерывами порядка тридцати лет. Каша в голове и идеологических воззрениях от альбома к альбому достигает все более критичных точек.

Слушать это дерьмо в 2020 году и воспринимать серьезно просто невозможно.

Клоунам - в цирк.
Школьникам - за парту.
Goatpenis - вернуть гитары в магазин и отключить интернет.
