Портал слушать - как смотреть на огонь в котором ничего не горит: приятно, гипнотизирующе, уютно, безсмысленно.
Полностю захватывает сознание, но когда отпускает ничего в нём не оставляет.
Вернуться сознательно к этому процессу невозможно потому что впечатлений ноль, разве что снова случайно наткнувшись.

That's just noise. Like Merzbow and Hijokaidan do it. I wonder why a former Metal Band does this...just for the sake of beeing extreme? I mean..if you can get anything out of this music ..more power to you!

Ознакомление с творчеством Portal, увидевшим свет в этом году решил вести с этого альбома, по причине того что здесь я точно услышу нечто новое для их творчества. То есть пользу данного эксперимента я воспринимаю не только как дополнение к традиционному материалу Avow, но и как некая разгрузка монотонности, думаю и авторы нечто подобное заложили в оный.
Чтож, Portal изъяснились другими словами, не больше не меньше. Впечатления идентичные группе на месте. Просто инструментальная часть уступила электронной, которая где то может более вариативна, но всё в рамках приличий Ктулхианских Кошмаров.
Любителям творчества группы, изредка можно догоняться при помощи Хагбулбии... атмосфере, которой Portal явно выделяет важное место в творчестве такой эксперимент на пользу: безумие, кромешность, отчаяние получили новую аудио глубину...
На очереди метал альбом..
