Звучит и слушается как репетиционная запись Lord Vicar, только что Критуса на вокале нет.

Ну и куча Saint Vitus да Pentagram - в общем, всё, что люблю

И самое главное - как тут сказали ранее - прелый звук с лент . Вот его у большинства последователей вышеперечисленных групп нет вовсе, а тут имеется, чем дико и рад

Agree. Darkthrone may play whatever they want and they are still better than most of metal bands. They have changed style a few times and always sound great. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/9.gif)
This album is even more interesting with time. And yes, it's better than previous ''Old Star'' which was very good anyway.

Name it as you wish, but Darkthrone names the genre of ''Eternal Hails......'' as ''Epic Black Heavy Metal''.
Doom Metal influences like Black Sabbath, Candlemass, Witchfinder General, Cirith Ungol and old stuff like that are obvious. I'm sure they would mention bands like Omen and of course Celtic Frost. Nevertheless it's 666% Darkthrone. It's still black metal, but heavy/doom riifs here are pure masterpiece. The whole album is excellent, but for me the best tracks are: ''Hate Cloak'' and ''Lost Arcane City of Uppåkra''. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/20.gif)

чёрт, а ведь сабж вполне пойдёт в ночном алкопрослушивании после раннего размеренного Black Sabbath, когда охота чего то такого же размеренного, но чуть потяжелее)
это учитывая, что в раннее классике хэви шарю не особо.
