Обложка как обложка. Мне например сразу Pantera - Far Beyond Driven вспомнился.
По музыке хорошие диссонансы, без тупого молотилова, есть что-то из DSO, но я только "За". Мне лично не надоело ещё. =))) Больше Deathspell Omega разных и классных.

Это соло-проект гитариста, помогающего Mortuus на выступлениях, и на Mortuus же более всего похожий и атмосферой и саундом.
Конечно, глубина не такая глубокая, как у более именитых земляков, и беспросветность не столь беспросветная.
И средний темп здесь повыше, и композиции покороче, но родство этих проектов очевидно.
Можно сказать, Faruln - чуть более лайтовая версия Mortuus.
Для меня - мастхэв, мне Мортууса много не бывает.

Ознакомился по рэкомендации Sangreal, чьему вкусу доверяю. Материал проекта немного лоскутный что ли, не накрывает падающим с высоты осколком скалы. Очень большие претензии к тарахтящей ритм-секции и ведущей гитаре, исполняющей партии "мухи в стакане". Творческий замысел в целом ясен, но на таком легковесном звуке сдавать его в тираж просто преступно.
