всегда был дед метал противен и не понимал его, но данный альбом - гениальнейшее творение. во-первых, сухой груви саунд, обозначающий дет-н-ролл, во-вторых - отличные риффы и мелодии. вроде простая и грубая музыка, а эти мелодии меня возносят в облака. и кроме того, уважаю эту команду за честное отношение к музыке.

I heard there's an extra track on the Digipack edition entitled "A Symbol of Eight"

It should have definately been included in the original album as it's Such an amazing song!

does anyone have the Digipack edition? You can still listen to the extra song on youtube though :D

Не большой я поклонник этих англичан, вот и на данном альбоме слышу немного однообразный жужжащий дэт с элементами трэша в духе Unleashed. Кстати, шведы мне нравятся намного больше.

Для меня - лучший альбом группы и вершина её эволюции! Если не ошибаюсь, группа собиралась записывать новый альбом, но решила это дело отложить ввиду того, что новый материал до Those Once Loyal не дотягивает.

Последний на данный момент альбом англичан. Это всё те же Болты. А впрочем, хоть кто то сомневался? Звук, мелодии, вокал, атмосфера, узнаваемость - всё на высоте. Недосягаемой для подавляющего большинства, но самой группой постоянно повышающейся. ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНАЯ работа. Хотя, могло быть по другому? Неизменный состав, верность себе и звуку, традициям. Молодцы! Killchain с ёё гитаро-бассом замечательна вообще...И опять новые ощущения в целом от работы...Немыслимо! Появился даже какой то плясовой мрачный военизированный кач - великолепно!

Ребята молодцы и искренни, не торопятся с выпуском альбома на отвали, 9 лет уже томят новьем ... и правильно делают - зачем людей потчевать полуфабрикатами? Уважаю их больше всего в дэте. Plans for a follow-up to "Those Once Loyal" were scrapped in June 2008 after the band were dissatisfied with the material they had written. In a statement, they said that they would not release any album unless they were convinced it was at least on par with its predecessor, and as result any plans to record were "postponed indefinitely."
