Да, альбом что надо! Голландцы Creepmime играют в ключе позднего Death, может чуть менее талантливо, чем Чак (RIP). Но подкупает то, что альбомы Creepmime и Death писались практически в одно и то же время в середине 90-х.

Да, интересный и техничный альбом из страны тюльпанов...
Жаль, одна из "непризнанных" в широких кругах группа.

Кстати, не ради восприятия, а просто в справедливость -
Так называемый цд-рип от dm666 имеет явно провальные показатели для цд-рипа, например (IMG:http://s60.radikal.ru/i168/1012/23/d7e03733f012t.jpg)

Кстати, это может быть такой исходный показатель диска, тогда прошу прощения...

И, не могу не добавить - Chiaroscuro (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

Очень качественный привет из 90ых, у меня, правда, во время прослушивания периодически возникали какие то смутные ассоциации чего то до боли знакомого. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif) Но материал и вправду добротный.

Группы, выпустившие 1-2 альбома у меня всегда вызывают особый интерес. Ведь, как часто бывает - выразили то, что накопилось, и тему закрыли. Вот и здесь, небольшой период времени для прослушивания и ты уже знаком с наследием группы. Материал, возможно, довольно однообразный, но надоесть за время прослушивания не успевает, тем более что 2 самые сильные вещи оставлены на десерт - "King of Misrule" и "Gods Thoughts". Но ещё более яркой мне кажется концовка композиции "Chiaroscuro" - не устаю упоительно переслушивать. Такие всплески звучат особо весомо на общем фоне довольно ровного материала. Ну, и конечно звук - одна из причин почему альбом не успевает надоесть - можно не прекращая наслаждаться звучанием этих тяжеловесных гитар. В этом смысле звучание напомнило Bolt Thrower.

Прекрасный релиз. По своему мелодичный, жёсткий, чёткий, хлёсткий и качающий. Первый альбом - хорош, но с этим - никакого сравнения. Отличнейший образчик жанра сложный и навороченный дэт метал. Альбом заслуживает большего внимания со стороны потенциальных любителей жанра.
