Limited pressing of only 100 hand-numbered copies. Each cover has artwork hand-drawn directly onto the jacket by Necrodamus ("Waiting to Kill Christ" artwork). Not a single cover with the same artwork. Comes with a booklet archiving all 100 drawings.

Live Recording from July 9th, 1999 at the Blind Lemon in Lakewood, Ohio.
