Deinonychus were rumoured to be a Nazi band after the release of their "Warfare Machines" album, which deals heavily with themes of World War II. However, the band members have denounced such claims. Deinonychus is not connected to NS ideologies in any case. Deinonychus was formed in August '92, but until May '93 the band had no name. Deinonychus split up in 2008, but reformed to record another album in 2011.
