Какой же удачный год на Melodic Doom/Death'овые релизы... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/11.gif) Insaniae, October Tide, Remembrance... А теперь в их ряды записывается альбом Loosely Bounded Infinities от португальцев. Красивый, мощный и монолитный альбом, немного напоминающий таких грандов как Swallow The Sun так и соотечественников этих же парней Before The Rain, а также, не поверите, немцев Worship. Совсем неторопливая музыка, дождливое, даже иначе - безысходное настроение, очень неплохая акустика в перерывах между тяжелыми раскатами... - да и не такими тяжелыми, а просто плотными и обволакивающими. Порадовали разные вокалы - как харшовый гроул, так и безумно приятный чистый мужской голос. Умело сочетать и то, и другое может не каждая группа. Всё вместе не надоедает, наоборот - зомбирует на час. Оторваться сложно, да и не хочется совсем. Всё взвешено до грамма точно: нету перегибов как в плане тяжести, так и в лиричных отступлениях.

Португалия - знак качества. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile3.gif) Низкий поклон музыкантам.

Beautiful, powerful and solid album, it's reminiscent of the following giants as Swallow The Sun and Before The Rain, and believe me - Germans guys from Worship. Very leisurely music, rain, a desperate mood, very good acoustics in the intervals between the heavy riffs... - and not so heavy, just solid and "enveloping". Good different vocals - and harsh-growl, and nice clean male voice. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) ...

It's the point~Yeah,very comfortable voice--make a good balance between heavy and atmosphere.))

As a Death/Doom Metal album,it is special..not so depressed and oppressive..8/10.

It's not a bad album, but as others have pointed out, it's pure SWALLOW THE SUN worship. The guitars and the production sound almost identical, but the clean vocal parts aren't nearly as good as SWALLOW THE SUN's.

Overall, nothing too memorable, and nothing that can't be heard done better in SWALLOW THE SUN.

7/10.
