Да, атмосфера здесь неповторима, ее остатки, пожалуй, являются одной из главных причин слушать последующие работы. Самые любимые песни: Stargazers, Passion And The Opera, очень драйвовые, захватывающие, с громогласным пением, просто супер, и трогательнейшая и красивейшая Swanheart - маленький шедевр.

О вкусах не спорят, но еще в 1998 году они мне показались очень скучными и вторичными. Ложка дорога к обеду - тогда уже выпустили свои шедевры The Gathering, Dreamside, Dreams Of Sanity и Within Temptation со своим Enter. А то, что они все стали играть потом (IMG:style_emoticons/default/15.gif) - это уже другая история...

Вот ехал сегодня на работу и по пути слушал сей альбом, и прямо слеза навернулась, ну как после таких альбомов можно докатиться до того непотребства, которым, что группа, что вокалистка сольно сейчас занимается, вернее после 2004 года, скажем так (IMG:style_emoticons/default/21.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/23.gif) Назвать непотребством альбомы от 2007 и 2011 года, которые на порядок интереснее мелодически, сложнее и богаче в выразительности это надо очень постараться или же просто не быть восприимчивым к иному вектору развития.

Не может группа такого масштаба и с таким талантливым композитором и лидером во главе всю жизнь шпарить условный Кинслеер и Ши из май син...Флагманы направления должны его задавать, что группа и Холопйнен с успехом и делают по сей день (правда, слегка подсдав на 2015), но следующий альбом должен быть сильным.
