This epic story is told over a soundtrack filled with their trademark slams, ominous riffing, as well as mind-bending soundscapes and enough twists and turns to keep fans eager to hear what's coming next. Featuring album art by renown Chinese artist Yang Guang (Equilibrium, Putridity, Inanimate Existence), “Entheogenesis” was recorded at SO HQ and was mixed and mastered by Andrew Matzenger. The album also includes special guest appearance by Tim Bee (Paroxysmal Butchering) and Jord James (Disentomb).

вообще-то они изменились по сравнению с прошлыми, тут мелькает джазик, акустика, клавиши, всякие техникал/проговые приблуды, по большей части уже другая музыка, хотя в основе всеж остались брутал дэтовые элементы из раннего

Есть вкусные плюшки для щекотания мозга, но в общем и целом кор тут повсюду сквозит в самом плохом смысле.
И, конечно, механически выхолощенные ударные просто ужасны.

У меня по звуку дикие ассоциации с Kerala, особенно последним альбомом этих экспериментальщиков. Правда там звук совсем выкручен так, что мозг ломается, а тут это нашпиговано тдм материалом. Слушается необычно, странно сказать что-то определенное. Может, когда-нибудь воскликну, что это гениально, но вряд ли. Кора вроде не увидел, это просто подача такая специфичная, хотя я понимаю, о чем речь, околокоровое и околобрейковое сквозит, но ассоциаций лично у меня не вызывает.

P.S. И все-таки (почти) гениально!

А что удивительного ? Немцы Necrophagist или наши Scrambled defuncts ( RIP ) вполне себе и прогрессивны и брутальны .
