По самому первому впечатлению подумалось, что альбом хоть и хорош, но уступает своему предшественнику.
Прогнал ещё пару раз, потом Universal. И сразу вместе.

Теперь укрепился во мнении, что это очень хороший альбом.
Интересно и разнообразно, причём точек пересечения с предыдущим творчеством в общем много, но в частности это совершенно не похожая ни на что работа.
Убеждаюсь в который раз, что Borknagar (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

Что не понравилось, так это каверок на Метлу.
Хоть и трек выбран вообщем приближённо к настрою, но всё же это не для этих норвежцев.

При всей моей нелюбви к позднему Боркнагару, должен признать что альбом получился намного интересней многих поздних. Во всяком случае ничего не раздражает, много интересных моментов... и думаю, буду слушать еще не раз....

Отличный альбом! Всё в фирменной традиции группы - помпезно без вычурности, красиво без пересахаривания, брутально без ненужной агрессии, запоминающееся без вероятности набить оскомину, узнаваемо без повторения. Вокалы и музыка сливаются воедино в танце Севера и природы...
