After 10 years of existence, the one-man band led by Vaerohn evolved from the studio to the scene. Get ready to have something crazier than it can possibly be. A Black Metal basis, enhanced by brass instruments, piano, accordion, Theremin, etc. surrounded by a nightmarish atmosphere : all creating a depraved and grotesque circus. Странный цирковой авангард, где только не хватает периодических вскрикиваний типа "Але Оп!". Авангард, потому что имеется шансон с бласт-битами, стенаниями ужратых клоунов и мелодиями балагана. Странный, потому что при всём этом "уродстве" цельная картина по ходу пьесы получается редко, а всё больше сумбур, стилизованный под игру "диссонансами", но крайне поверхностно. Другое дело, что спокойные вальяжные места удались на славу, вытащенные мелодизмом. Средне, но занимательно.

Каждый новый альбом Pensées Nocturnes это люто поехавший ад, несуразный, сумбурный, эклектичный, но с какой-то своей изюминкой. Полета творческой мысли здесь хватит еще очень надолго, есть пространство для маневра, так сказать. Единственное "но", что даже покупая такой альбом... ну сколько вот раз вы его послушаете? Это музыка не на каждый день, не на каждое настроение. Да, новый Pensées Nocturnes это интересно, но на раз. На высокую оценку, но не постоянное место жительства в плей-листе. Как-то так...

FullofHate, Не знаю. Я без проблем подобного рода музыку слушаю. Это не авангардная музыка в широком понимании. Это обычный эксперимент по сращиванию нескольких жанров и не более того.

Для меня различные африканские суб-жанры этнической и популярной музыки звучат, с их то полиритмией, куда более радикально, нежели здесь. Я уж не говорю про труды некоторых композиторов, которые используют во всю алеаторику.
