The instruction to take it by yourself from the youtube preview image (if you see it like a cover-art on the videoclip):

1. Youtube search for the subj.
2. You open the result of the search on the tab and "copy video url" (right mouse button will show the short one):
https://youtu.be/U7Gd-xW24m0

3. See the YT video id: in example it is U7Gd-xW24m0 - take it
4. Remember this formula to use: https://img.youtube.com/vi/YTvideoID/maxresdefault.jpg
replacing the YTvideoID onto U7Gd-xW24m0:

and we get the https://img.youtube.com/vi/U7Gd-xW24m0/maxresdefault.jpg

5. Yes, you will still have to crop it on each side (left and right) 280 pixels (280x2) to get the final result (but at least you can do it yourself).
