Keep Of Kalessin participated in the Mayhem tribute "Originators Of The Northern Darkness", released by Avantgarde Music in 2001, covering the song "Buried By Time And Dust".
In december 2004, A.O Gronbech, along with Steinar Gundersen, who were playing live for Satyricon in their North American tour, were arrested in Canada and accused of drugging and raping a woman in their tour bus after a show in Toronto. The remainder of the tour was cancelled. The two members were released from jail on bail and later the charges for rape were dismissed.

А вот был на их концерте. и можно сказать что у них жывой звук хуже студийного. Но группа нравится, особенно Through Times Of War .

Вот вроде бы руки у музыкантов из нужного места и вроде бы проторенной дорожкой пошли, "съедобную" музыку начали делать, но, нет практически ни в одной их работе чего то такого, что заставило бы вспомнить о них не раз. Совершенно пустая музыка, не вызывающая никаких эмоций, ни положительных, ни отрицательных. Сколько не пытался осилить хоть один из альбом целиком - тщетно! Только Through Times Of War достоино выглядит на фоне всей этой дальнейшей дискографии. Классический БМ им явно удавался лучше.

Отличная прелюдия к новому альбому. И в плане музыки и в плане текста. Если и остальные песне на альбоме в похожем плане у нас наклевывается альбом года.
