Mechopolis is the debut album by Progressive Symphony Metal project Korsair. It is a concept album with sci-fi and cyberpunk elements that tells the story of two twins, two friends, two cyborgs and a robot who come together during strange circumstances.
Korsair is the brainchild of composer and musician Anders Thonander, influenced by the popular metal opera projects such as Ayreon and Aina.
The project features singers and musicians from different corners of the world, both the geographical but also the musical world.
