В прогрессивной системе учитываются голоса всех - число не в скобках, с учетом коэффициентов, и в первую очередь я смотрю на него: в случае с Металликой видно, как непревилегированные накидали за батарейку. А в спорных случаях побеждает позиция, за которую голосовали преимущественно фанаты, Шэдоумэн уже внятно объяснил.
