Всё , как и год-два назад.
Называем Nное количество групп, имеющих альбом/EP/Демо, содержащий самую лучшие по-вашему песни в указанных стилях. Если вдруг есть группы,которые имеют альбом, который содержит самые прелучшую на ваш взгляд песню, даже если остальные песни с этого альбома дрянь, сам альбом дрянь, сама группа дрянь, сам стиль дрянь - то все равно пишите названия этих групп, ибо в конечном итоге выбираем не альбом, не группу , а песню. А то многие путают
Объединил эти три стиля (подстиля?) в одну голосовалку для того, чтоб не холиварить о том, где у разных групп пауэр, где хэви, где харднхэви, где модернхэви. Границы, как известно, бывают размыты. Ну и тем, что представлены столько стилей, обусловлен выбор аж тридцатки групп, а не двадцатки (мне-то и двадцати с лихвой, но думаю, тут много людей более искушенных в этих направлениях)
Свой список составлю позже. Голосование до 1 октября

У меня еще вопрос: если выбираем песню, то на кой черт мы отбираем группы??? а потом песни....
И это до 1 октября будет отбор групп, а затем???
