The band first reformed in 2001. Even though Mordred did not release any new material during that period, they played shows sporadically until at least 2007. After that, the band either broke up or went on hiatus again. On October 20, 2013, Mordred created their official Facebook page, and a few days later, they announced a reunion with the "In This Life" lineup. They plan to tour in 2014 and release new material.
