Это я к тому, что если первые альбомы группы нравятся, а потом она попсеет, то не стОит слепо слушать остальное творчество, а лучше наслаждаться шедеврами! Если вы заглянете на страницу поляков Neolithic на металл-архивах, то в графе "жанр" обнаружите там такую запись: "Doom Metal (early) - Progressive Gothic Metal (later)". Однако, не спешите верить архивам - представленное здесь демо имеет слабое отношение к архивной интерпретации жанровости команды. The Personal Fragment Of Life - это стопроцентный Death/Doom Metal (именно дэт/дум, а не дум/дэт), причём с очень крепким по своему качеству материалом. Что радует, здесь на удивление качественный звук! Также в наличии: отличная ритм-гитара, нередко играющее с ней в унисон соло, приятные клавишные, ненавязчивые скрипки, а ещё, что очень важно, шикарный мощный гроулинг. Последний принадлежит Петру Втуличу, ответственному ещё и за гитарные партии. Пётр, конечно, отжигает своим рыком, но кроме него также ещё есть и голосящий чистоголосо бэк-вокалист, вступающий лишь время-от-времени (например, в Unupdate Museum). Если говорить о скрипке, то пожалуй, наиболее скрипичнонасыщенной вещью здесь является Nightly Friends, и я не скажу, что скрипичное изобилие чем-либо мешает рифажу - наоборот, всё звучит симпатично и по-настоящему дэт/думово. В свою очередь, если говорить об использовании акустической гитары, то самой показательной, в этом смысле, вещью можно назвать Landscape, где акустический фрагмент ближе к концу просто-таки рулит. Ну а бенефис клавишных можно наблюдать в концовке Unupdate Museum. Можно, однако, и не разделять музыку демо на отдельные составляющие - в совокупности всё звучит превосходно, и все пол-часа, на мой вкус, совершенно улётные. Особенно я выделил бы номер Undesirable Return - очень стильный и качественный трек. Без натяжек, польские ребята выдали отменный образец жанра. В дальнейшем коллектив выпустил два полноформата, и постепенно растворился в других командах, коих на польской земле несметное количество. Так, гитарист Мирослав Циманчак был участником довольно известных Hunter, а драммер Януш Ястребовски поработал в Carnal и до сих пор барабанит в составе Artrosis. 9/10
