Мардук слушал мельком, да действительно, впечатления схожие, что то долбит кричит, и всё невпопад.

Слушаю второй трек, странное ощущение. Нужно будет Викторию послушать перед вердиктом. Ибо непонятно кто/что на кого повлиял. Не скажу, что в худо, либо во благо, но однозначно лп не на разочек. Однозначно пафосность Мардука, мне это не особо по душе, но музыкально в разы интереснее.

В общем, что хочу сказать. Я не самый большой фанат Marduk и Funeral Mist, не считаю их музыку плохой, но мне она особо не заходит. Но данный альбом мне позволил как-то иначе походу взглянуть на музыку этих двух проектов.

Попробую переслушать Ариоховский период в Marduk, а также ранний Funeral Mist, но «Hekatomb» проходит однозначно под знаком плюс.

If Maranatha is a 10 for me, this one is a 9 i think. Not a fan of Track 2 and Track 6 seems too simple. And the lenght seems too short overall. But those are minor faults.

Чота я слегка была разочарована альбомом. С одной стороны музыка неплохая, качевая, бомбардирская. Но с другой это совсем не ФМ, а скорее ФМ с генами Мардук. То есть от характерных вокальных ходов ФМ, совершенно больных и перверсионных, осталось совсем мало. Так же и классического саунда с траурными и замедленными риффами почти ничего не осталось. Конечно понятно, что Ариох развивается и все дела, но неужели нельзя было развиваться в каком-то своём направлении, а не в направлении Мардука? Крайние синглы Мардук были откровенно унылы. Да и альбом 2015 года на раз послушать..

Чёт как-то даже (господипрости) Фронтшвайн получше заходил, чем вот это вот. Там, по крайней мере, хотя бы парочку песен можно было пустить на репит.
Здесь ловить вообще нечего. Вошло и вышло, забылось.
Хотя, справедливости ради, слушается всё же без откровенного отвращения (как бывает с некоторыми записями Мардук).
