I can understand that it is a bit too much intense for some people so it might be boring but the effort can be rewarding.
Personally when I want to listen to a "boring core" band, I listen to Aborted.
When I want to listen to a "boring metal" band, I listen to Behemoth.

To each his own taste.

Sure. Even being chaotic it lacks a structure or some more dynamic to the compositions. But you are absolutely right the effort is rewarding.
