Не знаю, кто такой Бреннаре, а Холмс - таки да, на Иконе весьма подобострастненько уподобляется, зачастую.

Проблема Testament'a (для меня) в том, что к ним всегда завышенные ожидания. Т. е., зная КАК они могу ударить, всегда ждешь от них Шедевров. А получаешь, в последние годы, просто хорошие крепкие альбомы...

Так и этот раз. "Титаны" ни в коем случае не являются плохим альбомом. Эти ребята плохо играть не умеют. Но вот и шикарным его тоже не назовешь... И Альбомом года не поставишь... А очень хотелось бы, т. к. из трешеров старой школы только они, ну и еще, может быть Megadeth или Sodom могут еще действительно ударно сыграть. Остальные, как показывает практика, в лучшем случае на "хорошо"... А временами и вообще... Ну, не будем об этом.

На альбоме классный звук, техника, куча хороших фишек разбросаны то тут, то там. Но вот в реальные хиты можно записать только Curse Of Osiris (лучшая вещь здесь!) и последний мрачный инструментал Catacombs (очень хорош). Еще очень классные Children Of The Next Level, Night Of The Witch, City Of Angels и The Healers. Все остальное - просто нормально. Маловато, как для такой команды...

Еще про Exodus и Overkill давайте не будем забывать, они сейчас в таком ударе, что не остановить. Exodus так вообще, начиная с 00-х, выдают альбомы круче всей своей классики 80-х. Tankard также стабилен - записывает прекрасные альбомы. По Тесту согласен. Альбом хороший, крепкий, класс высокий, но при этом ровный. Хиты здесь нужно наковыривать.
