Ex-Pantera/Down frontman Phil Anselmo and thrashers Warbeast will release their long-awaited split EP on January 7.

Featuring two tracks from each band, ‘War Of The Gargantuas’ (a title based on a 1960′s Japanese film) marks the first time Philip H Anselmo has released anything as a solo artist in his prolific 30-year-career.

The EP will be released on Housecore records, the label owned by Phil Anselmo.

Так это состав для Warbeast указан. У Ансельмо гитарист Maziar Montazeri с которым он ещё в Superjoint Ritual играл.

Ага. Я когда включил этот EP, на меня сразу обрушилась волна довольно сильного гитарного удара и бушевало это дело до самого конца. Явно, что Филип во время записи был зол на кого-то. Иначе не объяснить всю ту злобу с которой исполняются песни. Да и плевать... Круто же. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/metaler.gif)
