The only difference beween this compilation and the 2012 'Back to the Cult' Compilation is Track 11, the bonus track.

Otherwise, both contain the following earlier releases (according to Metal-Archives):

Tracks 1-5 taken from "Ancestral Terrors" 1992 demo.
Tracks 6-10 taken from "The Black Island" 1999 EP.
