Ничего подобного, достаточно послушать хотя бы только трек The Macrocosm, группа дала приличный крен в сторону мелодизма и местами заметно замедлилась. Я уж не говорю про псевдофламенко Unhallowed или там The Relic со странным интро, а-ля славянские восьмибитные мотивы.
Конечно от гитарного мастурбирования Лукас Манн и компания не отказались, но альбом лучше предыдущей копии самих себя в разы.
З.Ы. Ждём не апконверт.

Блин! Как же это все невероятно круто звучит в записи. Просто отпад!
Испортил себе настроение на альбом походом на альбом, где играли без баса и с одним гитаристом, что, судя по всему, для группы норма, т.к. никаких слезных извинений за фиговое шоу на фейсбуке я не обнаружил.
В результате вторая гитара (и бас? на последнем альбоме в line-up вообще не значится, его совсем нет?) были под фанерку, будто на концерт российской эстрады попал. Вокалист толпу разогревать не спешили вообще все было просто дико вяло и дико отстойно. Не припомню даже пожалуй такого халтурного подхода. Ну и гитарист не особо все вывозил.
В результате слушаю альбом, так все круто, но чувствуется его эдакая жидкость, все же шедевральный Dingir для меня был наполнен дичайше красивыми красками и не был превзойден этим творением.

Хрена се for no reason - конкретно в этом случае абсолютно заслуженно Лукаса в [мат->бан]у головой макнули, я когда посмотрел впервые, поверить не мог - так мазать мимо метронома, это ещё постараться надо. опять же, попадание в метроном - не показатель скилла, но когда чел СПЕЦОМ играет медленно с метрономом, чтоб всем доказать, что он не фанерщик, а реально профи, и выдаёт такое - это тихий ужас. Понятно, что на быстрой игре он ещё выезжает, потому что ноты сжёвываются и звучит более-менее убедительно, но тут - просто феерия.
