Elizabeth Short is a solo grindcore project formed by KM North in Pittsburg, PA that began due to a love of early grindcore when it was the heaviest, fastest music on earth.

Taking cues from the early grindcore and death metal bands (including the often unnecessarily obscene and gruesome song titles), Elizabeth Short (named after the slain starlet most commonly known as The Black Dahlia) put their own twisted, serial killer obsessed spin on proceedings.
