Очень достойный альбомчик, значительно сильнее, чем "Alien" 2005 года. Очень понравился. И Хоглан - просто красавчик, стучит как надо, прямо в мозг. А вот с определением музыкального стиля я бы не торопился. Индастриала здесь минимум, а вот элементов power/heavy полным полно, взять хотя бы вокал, плавно перемещающийся от оперного power к ревущему death и обратно. Шикарно!
Последняя песенка Bring On The Young навеяла на меня очередную фантазию (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) - так бы мог звучать Manowar, если бы ударился в жесткий death metal.
Пожалуй лучший на сегодня альбом Стрэппингов (по моей версии (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile3.gif) ).

Отличен стилистическим разнообразием, чёткой работой ударных (как гвозди вколачивает на двадцать пятой скорости) и художественным зловещий жужжанием на гитаре. Удивительно удачно сюда вписался чистый вокал. Любимые номера - Aftermath, Force fed и Bring on the young.

Если говорить мягко, то весьма прохладно отношусь как к творчеству Д. Таунсенда в целом, так и к его в прошлом основному проекту в частности. В далекие времена я был в немалой степени поражен тем оголтелым безумием, которое творилось на альбоме City... что ж, тем сильнее было разочарование после знакомства с унылейшим сабжем.
Вообще, из всего обширного музыкального наследия этого товарища для себя могу выделить около 5-6 альбомов, заслуживающих внимания: упомянутый City, Biomech, Terria, Accelerated Evolution, м.б. еще Infinity и что-нибудь из Ki/Addicted, но они составляют все меньшую и меньшую часть в пухнущей год от года дискографии канадца.
