По первым прослушиваниям - хорошо, особенно в сравнении с прошлым альбомом, который мне совсем не зашел. Здесь больше гринды чем брутала и это хорошо. Есть хитовые вещи вроде 10, 12, 4 треков. Альбом разнообразен, качев и при этом размеренен. Звук тоже на уровне, ну и как обычно безумие, злоба.

Мне зашло по самое не балуйся. Однозначно интереснее предыдущего как по подаче, так и материалу. Близко по уровню к их легендарному Asylum Cave (2011). Средетемповая долбежка и приступами истерии присутствуют. Главный алмаз сего релиза - трек Scars. Прописался у меня в плейлисте на постоянке, огнище полное. Scapegoat - тоже зачетная композиция. На данный момент сей релиз для меня один из претендентов на звание альбома года. Динамичный альбом - заканчивается, хочется по второму кругу запустить. Буду радовать соседей.

К сожалению, ситуация для меня не изменилась, увы. Нет уже давно того Benighted, образца 2005-2011, да и не могло быть, наверное. Ситуация как и с новым Aborted, протарахтел релиз, в прямом смысле слова, как соседский перфоратор и улетел в корзину. Не понимаю я это современное тарахтение, не нахожу я контакт с таким творчеством.

И только после этого я послушал новый альбом и немало охренел - он же довольно неплох! В первую очередь, из-за хорошего звука и на редкость малого количества воды, из-за чего ураганные части лучше обрисованы, а сам альбом качественно долбит от начала до конца, при всё известном для жанра однообразии.
Слушать и слушать, пока не надоест.

...и прокрутилось сие на повторе несколько раз, впечатления строго положительные. банда навалила отборного мяса на вентилятор. примечательно, что найден идеальный баланс между тотальным рубиловом, которое чудесным образом в безмозглое долбилово не уходит + отведено место и раскачать, и чуть подумать, и напустить атмосферных риффов с реминисценциями на свой самый первый черметовский альбом. кровавой вишней на торте - всё оформлено в читаемый звук, объемный, тяжелый и вкусный. круто, короче.
после такого можно и Aborted новый запустить. долго откладывал, так как терзали смутные сомнения.
