Extended info

The First Harhaoppisten Ylipapitar full length album. The album name translates to Seduced by Witchcraft.

The core of this release was recorded at the village of Kannonkoski in July of 2024. Remaining instruments performed at the outskirts of Jyväskylä and Tampere during the following months. Vocals recorded at a local forest. Additional instruments and effects recorded in December 24/January 25 at various locations.

The last track is two completely improvised experimental tracks combined together reminiscing the very first Harhaoppisten Ylipapitar rehearsals before Kosmos, Saatana ja Alkemia Demo when our output was completely improvisation based experimental material.

Like many of our previous releases, this album touches upon the Finnish depictions of the Lovecraft stories and the deeper mythos but focuses in those themes even deeper. Also Finnish Witchcraft is in big role of this release's lyrical themes.
