I found the following link and it's 320kbs but I can't exactly tell if it's a transcode from the 192kbs version. At least it sounds like the 192. If someone could check it...

Checked it with cool edito pro 2.1, and yes, its a transcode (IMG:style_emoticons/default/6.gif)
