Manes has now morphed into a new project: kkoagulaa.
ccernn says: "Manes and kkoagulaa are two separate (but inter-connected) entities..."

Previously known as Perifa and Obscuro (Nor).

Started as a duo (1993-1999). Founding members are Cernunus (the only remaining original member) and Sargatanas.

Not to be confused with the other, and more obscure, Manes from Norway, which later evolved into Ved Buens Ende.

Manes performed at a one-day festival called Klubb Kanin: Sommer (UFFA, Trondheim) on the 3rd of July 2004 under the name "Dancing With Your Hands Bound [Nearly Manes]". It was a collaboration between a stripped-down Manes and the Trondheim noise-duo Bush Revolution.

Torstein Parelius besides playing in Manes, Chton and kkoagulaa also writes lyrics for Keep Of Kalessin, Bloodthorn, Wåttamezz and Headspin.
